Returns Policy
We stand behind our products at J.A.N. Gunworks!
If the badge holder does not work on your badge for whatever reason please send us an e-mail. If possible, we would greatly appreciate if you could take photographs of the badge on the holder so we are able to see the discrepancies in fit. This is in a effort to continuously improve our product and make changes that will allow a greater number of badges to work with our product. If you are unable to provide photographs that does not disqualify you from making a return.
Since we have the sample program available to hopefully avoid any returns due to fit issues, the customer will assume the shipping cost to get the item back to us. Once we receive the product and inspect it for damages we will process the return. If there is discrepancies in the condition of the product upon it's return, those situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We stand behind our products that we sell here at J.A.N. Gunworks. Should there be any defect in our products from craftsmanship or manufacturers defects we will replace your item, after receiving the item in question. If the item is damaged or broken from use, we will deal with these situations on a case by case basis.
